I have used and recommended The Charted Physiotherapy Clinic for over 45 years. Alan Bonelle first treated my sports injuries and then Steve Hardman. I have always found Steve to be highly professional in his diagnosis and treatment of my injuries.

One important point, that has been mentioned to me by my acquaintances who have used other clinics, is the fact that they have been recommended extended sessions of treatment when this has obviously been unnecessary. This has never happened with Steve and people I have introduced also appreciate that fact.

I have recently been a patient of Nick’s in regard to a shoulder problem, diagnosed as a trapped nerve. This has been giving me severe pain for at least 6 weeks, on and off.

Nick is a good listener and having made a diagnosis started treatment that was therapeutic and soothing. He makes me feel comfortable and at ease quickly and leaves me feeling relaxed and in charge of the situation.

The pain has now subsided and I hope it remains so. I would have no hesitation in returning for further treatment as necessary.

About 40 years I have had treatment for one sort of injury or another, mainly sports related. So why do I keep going back? The answer is very simple, the quality of treatment is superb, the environment is friendly, but most important for me is that I rarely have to cancel my sporting activities. The longer you stay with the same Physiotherapist the more they understand your body and pain threshold. I was suffering from excruciating knee pain, which was having a huge impact on my daily life being an active person who walked daily. I was told that I could be looking at a knee replacement and was desperate for some relief. Nick was recommended to me and following a number of sessions and taking Nick’s advice on board I was pain-free and back to my usual activities. Nick explained the problem and quickly put me at ease.
